I work to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, where feeling seen and supported can foster self-understanding, psychological flexibility, and lasting change. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and reflective. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches- both informed by Queer Theory. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ identities, gender exploration, neurodivergence, grief, and life transitions.
